A fast growing company is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer, to join its small team in the Luxembourg office. The fintech is leader in its market, specialized in payment transactions. The company has offices over the world, in Europe, in the U.S. and in China, giving you the opportunity to work with international teams. Joining them, you would have great challenges and opportunities ahead since they are still growing in Luxembourg.  

You will be asked to be dynamic, proactive and not scared to take responisbilities. If you have strong knowledge and background in Compliance, we are looking forward to receiving your application. 

Your future missions:

• Supervise projects with other team members
   
• Deal with data collection and reports for auditors and regulators
   
• Manage compliance and AML systems and implement changes internally if needed
   
• Work with different teams (international offices) to assist with the development of the company (business/risk control/IT)
   
• Assist the CCO with internal communication
   
• Coordinate and improve procedures for a better efficiency internally 

Your profile:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, a Fintech would be a plus
   
• University degree in Law or Finance
   
• Great communication skills
   
• Ability to work in an international environment
   
• Fluent in English is mandatory
   
• Understanding deadlines and priorities
   
• High level of confidentiality
