Corporate / Legal Officer - Fiduciary

For one of our clients, one of the largest fiduciaries providing accounting, tax and compliance services to clients all over the world, we are currently searching for a Legal Officer/ Corporate Officer. Joining this company, ideally located in Kirchberg, will enable you to learn from experts in the financial domain, thus developing your skills and boosting your career!

Your responsibilities

• Set up new client companies
   
• Prepare service agreements
   
• Plan the nomination/resignation of directors/managers,
   
• Be responsible for the domiciliation of companies
   
• In charge of RCS registrations
   
• Review and prepare of legal  such as loans, share transfers, POA’s,
   
• Develop close relationship with clients
   
• Prepare minutes of the meetings
   
• Make sure that the company and its clients respect Compliance rules

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Legal/Corporate Officer in a fiduciary in Luxembourg
   
• You have demonstrated knowledge in corporate law
  
  
• You are a fluent communicator in English and French. Any other languages will be considered as assets.
   
• You can work in a team or independently
