Our client is an independent mid-sized Law Firm in Luxembourg. They are recognized for they high quality legal work and service. As part of their expansion, they are currently looking for a Senior Corporate, Banking & Finance Associate with excellent experience. 

Your role?

• Liaise directly with the Partner and influence decision-making processes

• Workclosely with your clients,advising them on their files. The firm always wants to exceedclient expectations,anticipatingclient needsand deliveringout-of-the-box solution

• Review documentstaking into account legal issues and client objectives

• Contribute to the business developmentof the Corporate, banking department

Profile & Key expertise? 

• Between 7 to 9 yearsof experience as a Lawyer in Luxembourg 

• Hold a master’s degreein law and be admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg

• Fluent in Frenchand English, good knowledge of Germanor Luxemburgishis a plus

• You have excellentleadership skillsand a can doattitude 

• You are able tomanageand organiseyour time
