Our client is a well-known independent Luxemburgish Law Firm covering several legal activities. They are more than 20 Lawyers and provide high quality services to their clients. They also enjoy an international network, which allows them to diversify their client portfolio.

In order to expand their legal team, they are looking for a Legal Secretary Manager.

Your role?

• Assist the Executive Director on organization tasks and on board meetings 

• On-boarding & training new comers

• Manage a team of excellent professionals 

• Liaise with different departments

• Handle a database of clients 

Profile & Key expertise? 

• Previous similar experience at a Law Firm in Luxembourg 

• Fluent in French and English, good knowledge of German or Luxemburgish is a plus

• You have excellent communication skills and have a solution-oriented mindset 

• Team player, you have excellent leadership skills
