Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the category manager on sourcing projects for Legal and Financial Services, contributing to executing global Category Team initiatives.
- Support sourcing activities by initiating RFPs (Request for Proposals) and driving significant cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct commercial analysis of supplier proposals, presenting concise summaries and recommendations to stakeholders across business units and local markets.
- Participate in commercial negotiations aligned with business requirements, ensuring favorable contractual outcomes.
- Review contractual documents and amendments, aligning with Vodafone's standard terms and negotiating with suppliers for necessary approvals.
- Monitor in-life contracts, making adjustments as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders across Vodafone entities, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management teams in local operating companies to update spend data, savings, and reporting.
- Develop commercial models for supplier fees, analyze the supplier landscape, and drive optimizations.
- Implement plans and KPIs based on thorough assessments of operational environments, available resources, and project dependencies.
- Contribute flexibly to cross-category and cross-company projects, supporting a dynamic and innovative work environment.
