Senior Risk Analyst

Greenfield is very happy to be working with a Leading Real Estate Company in Luxembourg which operates on an international scale. Due to changes within the team, they are looking for a new Senior Risk Analyst to join and strengthen the team. The selected candidate will report to the Director Risk Management.
The Risk Management team is part of the growing Investment Management (AIFM) managing over 100 assets across Europe with total AuM over €9 billion.
This role will be suited for someone who has a good knowledge of the Real Estate industry in Luxembourg and coming from a similar type of industry.

• Collect and analyse risk and performance data from cash flow models, various reports, investment committee memos, financial statements, valuations, and market research data
• Set up risk models, risk scoring and prepare risk profiles
• Monitor key risk indicators, against limits and proactively follow up on significant risks breaches and on the remediation of risks including linking to the risk assessment
• Prepare stress test scenarios at asset and portfolio levels and ability to analyze results.
• Manage Risk reporting and disclosures to investors, regulator and internally.
• Assist with operational risk management
• Collect and summarise operational incidents and prepare operational risk matrix
• Assist with sustainability risk reporting
• Be par of ad-hoc projects from time to time

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Finance is required
• 4 years of experience in a similar role would be a minimum, in PE/RE Risk
• Fluent English is mandatory, any other languages will be considered as an asset
• Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
• Good communicator
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills
