Corporate Officer

With offices located in Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Switzerland & Italy, this company has a large and growing portfolio of clients.

Following their successful and continuous growth, they are actively looking for a Corporate Officer to join their office in Luxembourg.

The successful candidate will be able to successfully manage multiple client relationships and to monitor and direct the activities of those within the department in Luxembourg. Responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring and developing client relationships to ensure that the highest standards of services are delivered consistently to the company
• Being responsible for training, developing, and evaluating employees within the Corporate Services department in Luxembourg by reviewing each staff member and their knowledge
• Being responsible for the organisation of Board, Board Committee, and shareholder meetings, including the production of materials in advance of such meetings and minutes thereafter
• Assisting with changes to funds’ Boards of Directors, service providers etc. and the necessary notifications and documents relating thereto
• Making sure that all actions taken, and agreements entered by funds, are duly considered, and authorised by the Board of Directors

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Law or any similar domain
• You have an experience of at least 3 years in a similar function in Luxembourg
• You are perfectly fluent in English & Italian. Any other language is a strong asset
• You have an excellent knowledge of local laws and regulations
• You are a team-player by nature and have an action-oriented mindset
